Urban Boxing is the #1 boxing gym. We offer Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Classes, Personal Training ! One of the most important things to know about this position and our gym, is that we are not just a gym, we’re a family!

The Sales Manager position consists of sales, marketing, management, and excellent customer service. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for making sure the gym is running as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible, but not limited to:

· Acting as a first point of contact

· Managing class bookings and appointments

· Greeting anyone who walks in the door

· Checking members and prospects in

· Class counts: Marking those who don’t show absent and booking in clients who didn’t book

· Ensuring classes start on time

· Sales (memberships, personal training & merch)

· Knowing the schedule, classes, and trainers

· Answering phones & emails

· Cleaning when needed

· Supervising any other staff

· Opening and closing

There is a certain level of professionalism that we expect at Urban Boxing. As Sales Manager, you are expected to:

· Be on time

· Be reliable

· Be tidy

· Abide by the rules/follow standard procedures

· Be able to multitask

· Report back to Management

· Have excellent customer service NO matter the circumstance

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a HS diploma or equivalent (GED). Must have a reliable form of transportation and communication. You must be highly extroverted and effective at communication.

Job Type: Full-time with COMMISSIONS

Monday-Thurday/Friday (AS NEEDED) 12pm-8pm

Experience:

Customer service: 3 year (Required)

Sales and Marketing: 3 year (Required)
