Front Desk & Member Coordinator / nonprofit

Professional association seeks a warm, welcoming individual to serve as its first-impression to members & guests in DC!

You will:

Answer phone calls from members to provide assistance

Support Operations teams with mail, office supplies, and events

Greet visitors and guests

An extroverted team player who enjoys making others feel welcome

Patient with solid tech skills

Proactive & customer-oriented

Comfortable reporting to remote managers

100% in-office, 8:30-4:30, Metro Center/DC
