Sr. Manager, Production Finance

Role PurposeThe Senior Manager will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of Sports Production finances, including budgeting, actualization and analysis.  This position will support the Vice President, Production Finance.ResponsibilitiesFront-facing with Production & Operations as first point of contact, schedules/attends regular budget meetings, answers questions, and prepares cost analysis as necessaryActive involvement/Ownership of Production Budget processes, including: In-depth preparation of budgets for upcoming season, attending budget meetings, manage follow-up, work closely with Scheduling department to manage staffing schedules and budgets; assist with annual budget efforts: pacing and reporting, identifying risks and opportunitiesOwn processes for assigned areas FP&A and Controllership deliverables: monthly closing, pacing, estimates, LRP, budgets, variances, post-close financial reportingLead/manage one direct report (Financial Analyst) with responsibilities including, but not limited to: accurately code invoices, coordinate approvals, update operators and team members on status, work with vendors as needed, and actualize production budgets/update individual show models for accurate cost forecasting; posting of expenses in show models.Ad hoc projects and requests, as necessary
