Glazier/ Glass Installer

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking a reliable and skilled Glazier / Glass Installer to join our team. This role involves installing and fabricating high-quality glass products for residential and commercial projects, including windows, mirrors, tabletops, shower enclosures, glass railings, entrance doors, and IG units.

The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, able to work both in the shop and on job sites, and willing to assist with installations and metal frame fabrication.

Position: Glazier / Glass Installer

Pay Rate: $22–$23/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut

OSHA 10: Required

Transportation:

Reliable transportation with a clean driving record required

Key Responsibilities

Install windows, mirrors, tabletops, shower enclosures, glass railings, entrance doors, and IG (insulated glass) units

Assist with fabrication of metal frames and glass products in the shop

Assist with commercial glass and mirror installations

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow OSHA 10 safety guidelines at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Glazier or in glass installation preferred

Ability to safely handle and install large glass panels and products

Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Must have OSHA 10 certification

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Team-oriented with a professional attitude
