Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm (Eastern)

Locations: 100% remote as long as can work eastern time zone

In this position, you will be instrumental in driving end to end technical project delivery, including negotiation with business and technical stakeholders and potentially clients. Having experience facilitating Agile ceremonies is a plus.

This is NOT a high-level schedule manager, but a detailed technical manager that can orchestrate the work at hand and know how to command a room and facilitate all the planning and oversight needed. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving end to end technical project delivery, including negotiation with business and technical stakeholders and potentially clients. Having experience facilitating Agile ceremonies is a plus.

Job Duties Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering one or more given strategic initiatives including business, operational, and information technology deliverables

- Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit

- Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners

- Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project

- Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters

- Validates financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures

- Defines and tracks Agile development milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

- Communicates project status across delivery teams, stakeholders and executive leadership

Job Requirements 7+ years' experience managing Technical Application Development projects

- Excellent communication (oral and written)

- Experience managing both Agile/Waterfall projects

- Experience with Jira and MS Project

- Experience managing app dev, Security vulnerability, tech debt management, app enhancement and new enhancements

- Prior healthcare experience (Highly desired)

- Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders and navigate the organization effectively

- Mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict

- Able to make tough decisions and deliver tough messages with grace

- Able to execute with limited information and ambiguity

- Able to uncover risks and issues, able to see linkages and dependencies across projects

- Sound business and strong technical acumen

- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally

- Dynamic, capable of juggling several critical priorities at once

- Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure

- Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Assertive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast paced, change rich environment
