Japango: Professional Mixologist/bartender

Japango on Pearl St. is looking for a Professional Mixologist/bartender.

We are looking for an individual that has a passion for the business, industry and Boulder. We are one of the most sophisticated and desired beverage programs in Boulder, focusing on all liquors, with an emphasis on Spirits (particularly Bourbon, all whiskey and Japanese Whiskey), Sake, Wine, beer and cocktails. Knowledge in at least one of these categories should stand out.

Professional, friendly and multi-tasker

Detail and Goal Orientated

Minimum of 2-5 years in high volume operation or craft bar program

Classic and contemporary cocktail experience is a plus, limitless appetite for food knowledge and a selfless desire to serve others are mandatory.

Connectedness to the Boulder community and a philanthropic mindset are essential.

Strong work ethic and integrity

Must have great sense of urgency
