Blackbelly Market Lead Line Cook F/T

Blackbelly Market is seeking a strong, dedicated, and organized Lead line cook for our weekend service at the Market. This position will be a Full-Time, Thursday-Sunday position. Hours will be mornings/afternoons, as Market Service ends at 3pm (so there will be NO nights.) This position will be responsible for running service on the weekends, and then preparing/prepping on the days leading up to the weekend.

Please have (minimum) 2 years kitchen/cooking experience. Any experience with BBQ is very desirable, as well as any butcher experience (not required.)
