Electric Bike Tour Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bicyclist as a Tour Manager to join our team.

As a Tour Manager, you will be responsible for conducting specialized electric bike tours, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

The bikes will be located at partnering hotels in or near downtown Visalia.

Tours are about 2 hours long covering 12-15 miles.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare electric bikes for tour with batteries, tire pressure checks, etc.

- Prepare clients for tour with helmets, riding gear, and e-bike functions/riding check

- Lead and guide tour groups on a prescribed tour, providing informative and engaging commentary throughout the tour via 2 way communication bike helmets.

- Return bikes to parking position and batteries / helmets to charging stations.

- Interact with our bike tour software system as needed.

Qualifications:

- Strong bicycle or motorcycle skills

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate tour groups effectively

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences

- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth tour operations

- A keen understanding of the importance of safety

- Ability to educate and inform clients about tour destinations and attractions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
