(Start immediately) Delivery Driver (Petaluma)

We are a small business launching a short- term project in Petaluma, CA and are looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our team. Immediate start until end October.

Key responsibilities:

- Flatbed or Van needed

-Collection and servicing of receptacles on a daily basis.

-Emptying trash receptacles at each location, replacing bin liner, and properly documenting each collection

-Transporting to central location

- Communicate about our service to any interested members of the public

-Communicate with customers regarding order status, and assist them if needed.

-Reverse logistics deliveries and collections of packaging to appropriate locations

- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

-Sortation of packaging and placing into the appropriate receptacles.

·Able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand or sit for long periods of time at a desk or workstation. Work may require travel outside of normal day time hours. Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.

-Is able to provide a flatbed or van

-Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Disclaimer: Job will involve emptyting trash receptacles, and may involve handling dirty old coffee cups, though we will provide equipment to manage this.

Required qualifications and skills:

-Good verbal communication skills – ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers.

- Clean driver's license

-Strong customer service skills – friendly demeanor with customers and co-workers.

-Self motivated and independent working skills

- Prior experience in operations or inventory a bonus but not required

Benefits:

Job Type: Part or Full-time Position Available

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Mileage paid: $0.67 per mi
