Captain/Server at Michelin Star Restaurant

Chez TJ, a Michelin Star restaurant in Mountain View.

We are looking for an experienced and professional individual for the position of Captain.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-Demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail and strong work ethic

while maintaining composure and being respectful

-Previous experience working in Fine Dining and/or Michelin starred establishment

-Knowledge and passion.

At least 2 years of fine dining serving experience required

Our average ticket is about $500+ 20% service charge.
