Lead Application Analyst

Job DescriptionLead Applications Analyst analyzes user needs and makes recommendations for software enhancements, data collection and reporting to support all facets of the business functions of the organization. Coordinates the analysis, evaluation, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise software applications. Identifies and recommends information technology and software solutions to support business requirements. Liaise between Information Technology and business users to define and establish service and support requirements. Demonstrated knowledgeand competence in coding, testing and implementing computer programs, relational databases, and/oroperating system procedures using Microsoft SQL, including the use of reporting tools. Ability to evaluatenew and emerging technologies and processes and assess their viability to the organization. Familiarity withbusiness intelligence collection, integration, analysis and presentation. Extensive working knowledge ofaccounting, billing, clinical, human resource, payroll, risk management, point of sale software applications.
