Sales team and Assistant Manager needed at Gym

Fitness 19 is looking to add multiple members to our team! Located in Oceanside, Fitness 19 is part of a large growing network or gyms and fitness studios throughout Southern California.

The Sales Position Job will consist of the following:

-Inside sales( including membership sales and Personal Training program sales).

-Outside marketing including sales tents and distributing sales flyers.

-Customer service including attending front desk, answering phones and helping members resolve billing issues.

-Following up with potential members and guests via phone, email and automated texting system.

-Daily janitorial duties are distributed equally between all employees. This includes sanitizing and cleaning of machines, locker rooms and common areas.

We are also looking for a Assistant General Manager for assist the club manager with day to day operations including leading sales team, scheduling, payroll and general administrative tasks that will help prepare themselves for a transition into General Manager. Weekly commission and monthly bonus pay structure for this position.

Supplemental pay for all employees includes commission

-Open availability is preferred

-Having own car is highly preferred
