DefenseThe Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to support the NAVWAR 5.0 mission system. Support software development teams with tailored support packages that may include full-stack DevSecOps (Development, Security, Operations) engineers, solutions architects, and experts from the original product developers for the pipeline tools and the technology stacks underlying the Navy's Compile to Combat in 24 Hours (C2C24) PaaS (Platform as a Service) project.

This position is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the project managing across scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources. This includes assuring excellence and timeliness in delivery, managing team and individual employees, setting deadlines, client communications, maintaining budget, and adjusting to meet new requirements.

Qualifications

Required: BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility 2 years recent experience in management of software development, testing, and deploymentDesired: 2 years of software delivery for US Navy operational and/or administrative systems
