Seeking an Office Assistant that is responsible, reliable, punctual, and with good communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of admin experience.

Job Duties include answering phone calls, typing letters, filing, photocopying, data entry, process payments and provide admin support to staff, assisting with day-to-day operations, customer service, claim status calls to insurance carriers and other duties as assigned.

Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English) but not required.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Full time is a possibility after 3-6 months based on performance.

We are a very casual but VERY busy medical supplies company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to separate from cell phone/Apple Watch during working hours, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

This position offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate. Starting wage is $22 per hour but with office performance bonuses that can rise to $25+. We do not offer healthcare at this time but after 6 months we will contribute up to $200 per month to self-purchased health plan. We also cover MTS expenses if you choose to commute using public transportation.
