GENERAL LABORER WANTED

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in multiple buildings to support our operations. As a General Laborer, you will perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials, as well as assisting with construction, maintenance, and other projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment.

- Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate or tile

-Performing Drywall installation

- Must have basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly.

Prior Construction and maintenance experience is a plus.
