Water/Fire/Mold Technician

1M Restoration & Repair is a rapidly growing restoration and reconstruction company looking for a full-time technician to assist us in our growing business.

Responsibilities:

Performs water/fire/mold remediation, removing and disposing of non-salvageable affected materials.

Sets up and monitor mitigation equipment (i.e., Air Mover, Dehumidifiers, and Air Scrubbers)

Cleaning duties (i.e., general job completion cleaning, final construction cleaning, post abatement cleaning, anti-

microbial wipe downs.) following remediation and reconstructions jobs.

Providing our team/management with timely and accurate updates in regard to the status of ongoing projects.

Provide excellent customer service, paying close attention to details.

Follow safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience in restoration industry preferred.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime, if needed.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, and clean driving record.

Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US and speak fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed.
