Estimator / Project Manager

B.N.T. Tile, Inc. is looking to hire a Experienced Construction Estimator / Project Manager for commercial and minimal residential tile/flooring.

Full time: Monday thru Friday.

BNT Tile is a family owned Commercial Tile Contractor that is looking to add to our office staff.

We are looking for a candidate that has strong work ethic, positive attitude, solution based thinker, friendly & professional demeanor, dependable, punctual, ability to multi-task & prioritize, has common sense, good general computer knowledge (word, excel & outlook), has the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and has willingness to learn other skills and take on other duties as needed.

Some responsibility's (but not limited to)

- Plan Take-offs/estimates (commercial & Residential)

- Submittals, Job Tags, RFI, etc.

- Material orders

- Download and Print job plans

- Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook

- Send bids/RFI/Submittals/etc to GC’s

- Correspond with GC’s & distributors

- Other duties as assigned.

Starting Hourly wage range will depend on experience. There is room to grow in the company.
