Legal Assistant/Paralegal remote contract work

Civil law firm needs an independent contractor paralegal/legal assistant who is highly experienced in filing documents with the state and federal courts, able to research state and federal local rules, the court's standing orders, etc., to perfectly file documents and assemble the documents with proper formatting for filing. Contractor must have experience on how to calendar deadlines to provide that information to attorney. No training provided. Contractor must be independently skilled and know how to do the work requested. Other tasks will be assigned as well. Could provide a significant amount of work so needs someone who has time. Contractor obviously works for others as well.
