Inbound Customer Service Agent

We are seeking talented and motivated customer service agents to grow our Enrollment department. Your Job would consist of taking inbound calls and helping clients find a suitable debt relief program that fits their financial needs.

Responsibilities

You'll be reading from a script that is designed for you to Help as many people a day as possible.

Manage a high volume of daily calls

Learn about all of the functions and features of our products.

Educate customers over the phone about our products and determine product-based solutions to their needs.

Remain positive and professional in all prospect interactions

Shift- Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

The individual should be comfortable and willing to work in multiple functions to learn, develop, and grow within our company. Our company is expanding and professional growth within the organization is available.
