Part Time Office Manager

Established 39 year old company seeks highly motivated self starter who needs little supervision. This job is flexible on days and hours minimum 3 days a week x 4-6 hours max at 30 Hours.

Skills :

Quickbooks full charge

Quickbooks Payroll

File quarterly and monthly returns sales tax etc.

General Banking

ALL office duties - Correspondence, Insurance, Mail , FAX , Scan , file, email etc

Light phones 2-3 call per hour

Positive attitude self starter motivate

Ability to work alone

Organized - and have initiative to start and complete tasks

Payables - receivables - invoicing - estimates occasionally.

Light Fed Ex shipping 1-5 x a week - small packages as needed.

Fill out Bill of Lading and shipping labels 1-5 X a month

Willing to do a background check and have 3 solid references

Willing to take a test , Excel , word , and math.

10 Key a plus but not necessary

Type 35+ WPM , accuracy expected.

Occasional errands 1 -2 x week post office or bank - fed ex drop

Able to work overtime if and when it gets busy

This is a perfect job for someone who likes to do different things every day!

Great owner to work with has very little turnover in 39 years.
