Phone Representative

Our office, a legal photocopy service company, has immediate openings for an individual experienced in customer service and possess strong phone communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to handling large volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Preparing and serving documents to medical facilities, employers, and insurance carriers and other clerical work.

Qualifications:

- One (1) year experience in phone customer service.

- Computer literacy and Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook

- Able to work independently with little supervision

- Excellent customer service

- Detail oriented

- Dependable

- Able to multi-task
