SCREEN PRINT SUPERVISOR

R&R Industries, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that has specialized in manufacturing, distributing, and servicing Corporate America with decorated safety apparel and corporate uniforms for over 40 years!

We're looking for a Screen Print Supervisor to run our screen print department and manage a team of approximately 15 employees including printers, catchers, offloaders, and screen techs. We are a stable company in a solid industry looking to grow in 2024, and we're looking for someone with a passion for printing and who enjoys coaching and training a team. We have 2 automatic presses and 2 manual presses. This is a hands-on role where experience printing is required. We're also open to meeting with experienced screen print operators looking to make the jump to leading a team. If you have the skill and drive for more, we'd love to chat with you!

Pay: starting at $65,000+ based on experience

Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, OT may be required during peak seasons
