Job Opening Test Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The employee shall perform analog and digital electronic functional tests from basic to advance with minimum supervision utilizing a wide range of test equipment including DVM, signal generator, digital storage scope and power supply. Individual will troubleshoot problems to the component level. Must have ability to read schematics and component drawings and be able to document and communicate problems and results to all levels of personnel.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have 5 years of experience in the electronic industry and a minimum of 2 yrs schooling.

MUST BE A U.S. PERSON.

ADA REQUIREMENTS:

The key physical requirements for this position include the ability to move within the distribution warehouse area, walking, sitting, standing, climbing, carrying, pushing/pulling and lifting 1–30 pounds occasionally.

EYE EXAM/HEARING CONSERVATION (AUDIOGRAM) REQUIREMENT:

An annual eye exam is required due to the nature of our business and customer requirements.

An additional annual hearing conservation (Audiogram) test may be required.
