HIRING NOW - GREAT HOURLY+COMMISSION- 1 YEAR PHONE EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Located in Sunny Irvine California in Lakeshore Towers, between MacArthur and Jamboree on Von Karman Avenue. We are a fast scaling Mass Tort Marketing Firm. Right now, our focus is on Generating Leads & cases/retainers for Pharmaceutical lawsuits. Scaling faster than predicted, we are in need of a couple intelligent customer service representatives who have experience on the phone.

WHAT WE DO

Hundreds of Thousands of people each year suffer from prescription drug side effects and defective devices from pharma companies that withhold information from the public and from physicians, ultimately leaving people with severe near-death injuries and even some people losing their loved ones. We are here to make people aware of their potential compensation rights and help them to obtain representation with the mass lawsuits against specific pharma companies.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

1+ Years of work experience with talking to customers over the phone

Ability to close a lead on the first call

Ability to show empathy and compassion

Ability to keep tonality, energy an morale high.

Ability to Control a conversation and be persuasive

Strong attention to detail

Experience in Follow up

Strong Data Entry Skills

Strong Organizational and time management skills

STRONG VERBAL and COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to quickly qualify or dis-qualify a lead/case.

Phone Customer Service Experience is highly preferred

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

You will be speaking with Opted in candidates to assist them with participating in a mass tort lawsuit.

Calling, Texting, and emailing 100+ potential clients per day

This position will be Follow up heavy. Contacting potential clients to get signed agreements/contracts back.

Logging detailed notes into CRM for follow up phone calls and for attorneys to review.

Keeping up Morale and a positive phone voice (no one likes to talk to a grouch).

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU

$20/hour base + commission (Total Compensation Range: $4k - $13k a month)
