Desk Clerk Receptionist

Description Robert Half is looking for a Desk Clerk Receptionist needed for a very busy front desk in Oakland. This role provides the first impression our customer has of the company. It requires a customer-centric, detailed person. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning and growing with the company. We are looking for someone who is technology savvy, with solid proficiency in MS Word and Excel is mandatory. Swing, graveyard, and day shifts are available. This is a temporary role with long term potential.Responsibilities:Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

Answering high-volume phone calls

Greeting office visitors, vendors, clients, and customers

Ordering office supplies and catering needs

Maintaining office calendars, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar

Requirements

Requirements: 1+ years of experience in an administrative position

Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

Warm welcoming personality and ability to multitask

Weekends are a must
