Seaside, CA - Rental Housing Community seeks experienced/skilled maintenance and service technician/carpenter.

M-F, 8-4pm, FT position, benefits. Painting experience a plus.

Be part of a great crew servicing the needs of an established well-managed, 223-home rental community. You have 3+ years’ experience with some aspect of the trades. We provide specialized tools, uniform and vehicle.

Valid CA DL, papers & references required. Beginning pay $27-29/HR. Benefits incl health, holidays, vacation, 401K.
