Insurance Sales Representative

Local State Farm Insurance office is offering a career-building job position as an insurance sales representative. As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop relationships with customers to promote company insurance products. You will work in a team environment that strives together to achieve goals but develops you to be an independent worker capable of producing measurable results.

Job requirements:

Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Sales experience, business or retail sales, or telemarketing preferred, with a successful track record of meeting sales goals.

Property and Casualty Insurance license or the ability to pass insurance licensing exams within a couple months of hire.

Strong communication, listening and written skills required.

Organized and able to work in independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.

High school and above graduate with 3.0 grade point average.

Computer literate (Outlook, MS Word, and web -based platforms)
