Residential Maintenance Tech

Hiring an experienced handyperson/ maintenance position

Starting pay is between $23.50 to $30.00 per hour.

Requirements:

Must be able to write and speck English.

Must have knowledge in plumbing, snaking of drains, minor electrical, stoves, heaters, water heaters. and all around maintenance work

Availability to be on 24/7 on Call Emergency Staff, one week per month.

Must have clean driving record as per our insurance company.

No probation / No parole is not allowed.
