Account Manager

Deluxe is searching for experienced account managers to join our sales team in our Carson office! Are you a self-driven, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales? Are you interested in a position where there’s real potential for growth and the ability to control your own income?

As an Account Manager you will:

Build and maintain relationships with your customers & leads via phone, email, mailers and web-based programs. Receive a base salary & commission. Sales reps have uncapped earning potential and should be self-motivated to increase their take home and potential bonuses. Sales reps are responsible for building & maintaining their customer base. New accounts will also be provided to you. Please understand that your customer base should grow quickly.

Be computer literate emails, internet

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

To achieve agreed sales targets & objectives

To maintain the highest possible level of customer service.

To be a constructive and productive member of the sales team.

To build and develop a network of long-term customers.

To maintain high levels of customer retention.

Fluency in Spanish or other languages will be considered a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
