We are a well-established Financial Firm that is looking to bring aboard a Relationship Sales Director to expand operations in California through a lucratively positioned Mortgage Lending company.

We are seeking a qualified professional to expand our operations, no license is required. We have been a well-established Mortgage Lending company for over 20 years looking to expand our executive sales team. We offer excellent financial products and services to our clients.

The candidate should be in the mortgage business either as a warehouse and/or correspondent executive/manager who has been servicing mortgage brokers/bankers or senior management of mortgage lending/banking companies. The candidate will visit mortgage companies on a business-to-business relationship to present the NC (non-conforming) products and credit facilities services we provide.

Market demand for the products we offer in today’s market has been constantly increasing. We offer NC (non-conforming) products up to 100% LTV, HELOC’s Stated income and bank statement programs at very competitive rates.

Business-to-business relationship sales acumen is required with proper communication skills in dealing with senior management/principal clients along with a book of business of mortgage bankers/lenders.

This is a field salary based position with bonuses and commissions paid, with the ability to earn $260,000 - $320,000 per year. The position may lead to an executive management position within 120 days. Salary negotiable.
