HANDYMAN NEEDED PART TIME WITH PAINTING EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an experienced handyman. While most of your work will be in household repairs, it’s a definite plus if you have specialized experience in addition in any of the following areas: flooring, Plumbing, Painting, and Electrical.

We are looking for someone initially to work part time approx. 25 hours per week but this can transform to a full time position with in a couple months.

Experience working in apartment maintenance a definite plus. Bilingual preferred Spanish .

Pay rate range dep on experience $22-27 per hour.
