shipping warehouse coordinator (Temp to Hire)

Our high-end fashion company is looking for several people with shipping/warehouse experience doing Puller/Picker in Stockroom, you will walk into the stockroom and pull finished goods (frames/accessories) to be processed by the Stock Room Processor. In this position, they have a roll of labels with names of accounts on them to know what they need to pull for that particular client.

You might also process the actual finished glasses/frames into the database system. You will work in a department of 5-6 people. This person runs reports and prints labels and speaks with the customer service depts and must be computer savvy (might be downloading spreadsheets). They process the eye wear before it goes to the shipping coordinator, who then ships it out to their clients! The company will completely train on their systems and procedures.

If you have experience with either Fed Ex, UPS or DHL shipping software exp that is a huge plus. They will also process the labels and documents and pack up the eyewear and send it off to their stores and wholesale accts, both domestic and some international. They have about 900-1500 accounts total. They have 5 people in the dept.

Hours are 7am-3:30pm 1/2 hr lunch, M-F
