Dental Front Office Receptionist

Seeking an experienced, friendly receptionist for well-established DTLA office.

Starting pay $20-25+ an hour depending on experience, plus benefits!

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice

Scheduling patients

Knowledge of Dentrix software system

Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment

Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork

Answer and return incoming calls from patients

Check patients in and out

Bilingual a must
