Food Prep

Hello! We are a Food Bus Start up in Glendale CA. Our business is called Si Roma. We serve authentic panini (sandwiches). Our recipes come directly from Italy.

We have three jobs available. the description, hours and pay below for each of these jobs. (Jobs available: Food preps, Sandwich assemblers & Host)

FOOD PREP JOB

Pay: $18/ hour

Location: Sun Valley at a food truck commissary

Hours: 6:30 am - 10 am

Duties: Make Pesto, slice tomato, prep bread buy cutting in half, prep cannoli, load up the food truck with equipment (Equipment = table, chairs, drink cooler, decorations etc)

HOST STAND JOB

Pay: $19/ hour

Location: Glendale

Hours: 10:30 am - 5 pm

Duties: Preparing the outside host stand, setting up the decorations, managing online ordering, taking customers orders and handing the orders to the customers.

ASSEMBLY LINE JOB

Pay: $20/ hour

Location: Glendale

Hours: 10:30 - 5 pm

Duties:

- Assemble Sandwiches for to go orders, pick up, and in person orders

- Prepare Pesto with recipe

- Prepare Tomato mix with recipe

- Prepare bread with recipe

- Prepare cheese

- Prepare peaches

- Make sure all sauces are ready to be in use in the sauce pans

- Pre slice Salame, and Prosciutto Cotto

- Prepare Prosciutto Crudo by cutting off the fat if necessary, ensuring it is ready for the slicer

- Prepare Mortadella to be sliced and ready to go

- Cleaning slicer, sauce pans, and grill.

Very basic things at Si Roma. The most important thing to us is the consistency with our sauce recipes and the speed at which we deliver food to our customers. We don't cook in this restaurant only assemble sandwiches.
