We are looking for someone who loves stocks, ETFs and the financial markets in general.

Your responsibilities will consist of giving our customers world class support by giving screen sharing presentations and following up with them by phone, email and SMS.

The main priority will always be to make sure that our customers are happy and have everything they need to succeed. We are looking for someone with an outgoing friendly personality. You must be tech savvy and be able to easily solve basic login and connectivity issues etc.
