Office Assistant needed for Repo Company
Must know how to use a computer and also must be proficient with Excel, Word and Google Sheets. Must have great communication skills. Be able to multi task. Must be able to work outdoors and indoors.
This is a fast paced environment and need someone that can keep up and not get overwhelmed. Must be able to work alone.
Must have a Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities include:
Answering Phones
Setting up appointments for customers and transport
Condition Reports and taking pictures of units
Releasing vehicles and Property
Must be able to lift 35lbs
Be able to work independently
Keeping an inventory log of all units
Contacting clients for various reasons
Filing paperwork
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask.
Must be a "go getter" with a "can do attitude"
Must have data entry/computer/basic phone skills
Outstanding attendance record
Working knowledge of internet and related applications
High School Diploma
And other additional office duties. If you have prior experience working at a repo co that is great if not we do offer training.
