Description We are currently seeking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our business, including overseeing project management, resource allocation, risk management, plan implementation, procedure development and team management. Our ideal candidate is a competent leader, equipped with problem-solving capabilities and excellent multitasking abilities.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve operational practices.
Oversee and coordinate daily operations and overall business activities.
Generally review operational costs and present cost-benefit analyses.
Allocate budgets and monitor expenditures.
Implement efficient processes and standards.
Monitor productivity and performance of operations team.
Resolve issues and address problems promptly.
Engage in strategic planning and goal-setting for the firm.
Hire, train, and supervise operation team members.
Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure team alignment with company goals.
Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and changes.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with or ability to quickly learn specific software and databases.
Exceptional ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong budgeting, finance and operational management skills.
Ability to effectively implement operational standards and procedures.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.
