CNC Maintenace Technician

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

·Install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery.

·Perform machine leveling, alignment, and inspection.

·Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions.

·Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machine components.

·Perform routine preventative maintenance.

·Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.

·Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

·Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

·Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in machine tool and equipment maintenance.

·Proficiency in operating CNC machines.

·Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.

·Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

·Knowledge of parametric programming and ladder logic.

·Forklift certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

·Competitive salary ($20.00 - $40.00/hour)
