Commercial Glazing Installer

The Commercial Glazing Installer will be responsible for installation of all glass & glazing projects and assisting in the installation of commercial door projects when needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge of and adhering to all safety requirements, policies & procedures

Knowledge of installation methods necessary for all products that the company sells and services

Shop prep (assembly & fabrication) of commercial glazing products

Accurate measurements of upcoming projects

Caulking / Sealant installation and knowledge and recommendations of when primer is needed

Break metal installation

Willingness to help, assist and/or lead on all installations the company may offer

Qualifications & Requirements

All installers are required to provide their own personal tools

All installers must have their own reliable transportation

Minimum of two years experience (five preferred)

Understand construction prints / drawings and have the ability to “take off” projects

Strong work ethic, highly productive

Self-Starter, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects concurrently

Clean driving record

Ability to travel overnight when needed
