Food truck position/ line cook

We are a Eureka based food truck looking to hire a new team member. We are an easy-going crew with high standards for quality and consistency, looking for a like-minded person. We need someone that can be consistent, efficient, and tidy while working quickly.

Duties will include food prep, cooking, taking orders, set up & tear down, and clean up.

Requirements:

- Must know your way around a kitchen. Knife skills are a must, professional kitchen experience preferred.

- Ability to work well under pressure. We get BUSY, especially at events and we are entering into event season.

- Reliable transportation. We move to surrounding towns and differing locations for events.

- Open schedule. Must be able to work weekends.

Pay will be determined by experience and ability, eligible for increase. Tips included.
