We have a regular, full-time Collections Specialist position based at our McKinleyville offices. Looking for a positive individual to join our efficient team with a commitment to the highest quality service to members. Primary duties include managing documentation related to past due accounts and recommending actions, researching and analyzing historical data, and regularly communicating with members. Outstanding communication skills and member confidentiality required. One year general office experience preferred, as well as familiarity with loan processing or collections, and detailed training provided. Salary is $22.70 – $37.18, depending on experience.
