Rod’s Plumbing Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to layout, install, repair, or maintain plumbing systems for water, gas, waste, and drainage

Install, repair, and maintain water supply, heating systems, sanitary systems, and fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, dishwashers)

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, broken fixtures, and drainage problems

Assemble, cut, and install pipes and tubes according to specifications while ensuring minimal disruption to existing infrastructure (electrical, structural, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance on residential, commercial, and industrial systems to ensure safe and efficient operation

Test and inspect plumbing systems for leaks and other problems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations

Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied throughout the job process

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a professional plumber

Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems

Ability to work with plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, cutters, etc.)

Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations

Experience with heating, ventilation, and domestic appliances (e.g., water heaters, washing machines)

Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude

Ability to work in confined or awkward spaces and lift/move heavy objects as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or relevant trade school preferred.
