Prep and Detail Technician

Established construction company looking for a Prep and Detail Technician. We have a low turn-over rate and are looking for a professional willing to work with a team.

The right candidate must be/have:

experience in - Painting, ability to perform basic drywall patch and match texture

experience in- Caulking around trim, baseboards, cabinets, casings, and other fixtures

experience in-Completing all items on punch or checklists provided by the builder

experience in- sweeping, trash removal

The basic job duties include getting brand new homes ready for homeowner move-in
