Apartment Maintenance / Painter

Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced Apartment maintenance/ Painter . Candidate will work assisting current Property Maintenance Tech

This Position is Temp to Hire, Monday - Friday, possibly Saturdays from 8-5.

Property is located in Fresno.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF APARTMENT MAINTENANCE

Candidates should have knowledge in residential Painting, basic plumbing, drywall, patching basic electrical, basic carpentry, as well as appliance installation and other duties normally associated with property maintenance.

Must have valid driver's license and clean DMV.

Must be able to pass criminal background check as well as a drug screen
