Parking Lot Sweeper - Driver

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our expanding team!

Shift Days: Friday- Sunday

32-40 hours per week

Graveyard shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate street sweeper to sweep parking lots, including curb lines, asphalt entrances, sides and rear areas of assigned properties.

Walk the property using a hand-held/backpack blower to clean storefront walkways and areas the sweeper vehicle is unable to reach.

Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.

Manually clean grass areas and planters/islands.

Clear debris from right-of-way.

Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with the use of a hand-held/backpack blower

Strong map reading skills

Mechanically inclined

Graveyard shift

Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-motivated
