Job Description

Preparation of weekly labor reports. Agri Stat data reporting. Daily and weekly preparation and reconciliation of plant production reports. Back up for the preparation of daily and weekly ranch performance reports

Daily and weekly preparation and reconciliation of plant labor reports including temporary employee timecards and invoice payments.

Daily and weekly preparation and reconciliation of plant production reports including finished production, intercompany WIP transfers, intercompany rack transfers, condemned product, MDP.

Daily data entry and reconciliation and analysis of condemn, departmental transfers and other related reports.

Preparation and analysis of weekly plant efficiency and downtime reports for processing.

Daily data entry and reconciliation of parts counter tally sheets and ranch house cards.

Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

High School diploma, some college accounting courses preferred.

Must have one-two years of accounting experience

Ability to work within strict time frames in order to meet deadlines and be able to work independently with a high degree of organization and prioritization skills for a high volume of work.

Strong verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy (strong Excel, SAP) and have ten-key by touch
