This position will be a part of the Boeing Space and Launch (S&L) Satellite Systems Business Area. Leads develop, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities. Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations, or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives. Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program, and support organizations. Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints. Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products. Leads direct facilitates, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners. Develops project plans for realigning work statements to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement. Provides coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees. Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools.You will participate in all aspects of IP&S activities and execute the following to provide actionable, value-added products to their customers:

Program Planning – Develop initial planning products (e.g. IMP, WBS, Master Phasing Schedule, High-Level Flows)

Program Scheduling – Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Detailed Scheduling & Change Management – Develop and maintain lower-level schedules

Change Integration – Manage the change integration teams

Project Management – Lead key program initiatives to improve execution.

Position Responsibilities:

New Position supporting development and maintenance of Program Management,

Program Scheduling, Digital Enterprise tool, and systems integration requirements development and definition.

In charge of the program IMS and serving as a Schedule Analyst for the Integrated Product team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the IMS reporting to the Program Management team

Work closely with Integrated Product Team Leads, IP&S team, and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of the IMS with other key program plans and schedules such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High-Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS

Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning), and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action

Lead integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm and priorities

Model driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule visibility/visualization.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree

3+ years’ of experience as a Master Scheduler

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

A Master's degree

3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) with applying Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements

Experience modeling complex development programs including integration of activities across multiple platforms, multiple suppliers, and customer resources

5 years’ Experience in Microsoft Project experience with Integrated Schedules and Logic networks

Project Management Certification (PMP) or understanding PMBOK principles/relevant coursework

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
