Resident Manager Needed for Studio Apartments - Work Part-Time!

C Y Property Management has an immediate opening for an On-site Resident Manager position at Warner Studios located at 1488 Warner Street in Chico. Position hours required: Monday – Friday, three hours per day. The required three hours consist of: One morning hour of maintaining and keeping property clean and presentable. The additional two hours 4pm-6pm responding to resident’s questions, scheduling maintenance requests, collecting rent payments, and leasing apartments.

Skills needed are:

Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently.

Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.

Resident manager experience is not required.
