Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full time maintenance technician to work 3 days at one community and assist at other communities the other 2 days. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday. We offer health benefits shortly after hire and 401k. PTO is earned and can be used right away. Quarterly bonuses are earned by outstanding team members.

The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:

Can-do and team oriented attitude.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to perform on call services every 4th week

Basic Maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills.

Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.

Ability to service the pool and spa or willingness to learn.

Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
