Candidates must be comfortable working from home temporarily with reliable high speed internet.They will take inbound calls from members to answer basic questions and/or transfer them to the appropriate party (50-90 calls/day)-Responsible for determining the clients issue, offer solutions or providing follow up as needed.-Will handle a mix of both inbound and outbound callsResolve customers billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money and adjusting bills-Contact customers to respond to their inquires or to notify them of claim investigation and any planned adjustments-Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments-Update and keep customer records of interactions and services provided-Must updated patient database accurately and timely according to department standardsAdditional Skills & QualificationsRequired:1 year of customer service experience in a call center

Strong Data Entry and computer system skills

Bilingual in Spanish required (test must be completed)

-Must not have come in contact with any COVID19 cases and must be symptom freePerformance Expectations:Measured on the following metrics:Average Handle Time: 2 min 30 sec ideally"Not Ready Time" (Time not logged in to take inbound calls): Under 3.3% per week (Average of 45 minutes per week)Productivity per Scheduled Shift: 98%Attendance:If absences are approved or notified well before the start of their shift, they will be allowed the following before terminationWork Environment:Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pmWill be 2 weeks long and will be facilitated by the Manager.
